BSIS/MOIS
The combination of BSIS (Blind Spot Information System) and MOIS (Moving Off Information System) can significantly enhance the safety of vehicles when driving at low speeds, changing lanes or starting, especially for pedestrians, bicycles or other vehicles in the blind spot.
● BSIS is mainly used to detect blind spots on the side of vehicles, while MOIS focuses on monitoring the close-range blind spots in front of vehicles.
● BSIS usually adopts the fusion technology of cameras and millimeter-wave radars, while MOIS provides information signals and collision warning signals.
● BSIS complies with the requirements of UN R151 regulation, and MOIS complies with the requirements of UN R159 regulation;
● BSIS can operate normally under various weather conditions; MOIS can be automatically deactivated under specific circumstances (such as when the sensor is contaminated or the ambient light is insufficient), or it can be manually deactivated through specific operations. In addition, the system will remind the driver through a fault warning signal that the system has been automatically disabled.
